These terms apply to the LoafBase website and waitlist. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We’ve kept this short because the site is simple today.
What LoafBase is today
LoafBase is a product in development. This website is an informational marketing site with one feature: an email waitlist. The LoafBase software is not yet available, and nothing here is a promise that it will launch, when it will launch, or what it will cost or include. Plans can change.
Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to join the waitlist, and the email address you provide must be your own or one you’re authorized to use.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest — it doesn’t guarantee access, a spot, pricing, or any particular timing. With your consent, we’ll email you a confirmation and occasional updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your email is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
When using this site, please don’t:
- submit anyone else’s information without their permission;
- abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The LoafBase name, logo, text, design, and other content on this site are owned by LoafBase and protected by intellectual-property laws. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as normal browsing requires.
Third-party services & links
The site runs on third-party infrastructure (such as our hosting, database, and email providers) and may link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoafBase and the people who work on it won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
Changes to the site & these terms
We may change, pause, or discontinue the site at any time, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
